Attercliffe Technology Park - Planning Approval

PCP Architects working with Priority Sites have secured a planning approval for 11 self-contained office units for growing technology companies at Baltic Road, Attercliffe. The urban site adjoins the Supertram network, and is seen by Sheffield City Council as vital for regeneration and employment within the area.

The 36,000ft2 development is a mix of office space, and hybrid units which include workshop facilities on the lower floors. Each office has an entry atrium, with its own lift and toilet facilities.
