Airedale View, Rawdon, Leeds – Completed

PCP Architects have completed the redevelopment of Airedale View, Rawdon. The residential scheme consists of three two-bedroom, and five one-bedroom apartments, formed form the previously derelict Victorian property, all of which are already sold.

The existing building is an important element of Rawdon’s historic fabric, and has been sensitively extended to create additional accommodation. PCP Architects monitored all works to ensure quality throughout the construction phase.

The scheme is the latest collaboration with Mood Developments. The next is re-establishing a Terrace in Rawdon - again with sensitive extension, to be completed Spring 2008.
